Through Order No. 152/2026, the Regional Secretary of Economy, José Manuel de Sousa Rodrigues, formalized the appointment of Leandro Gonçalo Banganho Silva to the position of Specialist Technician in his office.
The decision, which takes effect from April 1, 2026, aims to strengthen the technical response capacity of the Regional Secretariat, with a particular focus on corporate law. The new technician, who holds a Law degree from the European University and is a master's student at the University of Lisbon, moves from the Santa Cruz City Council, where he served as a Senior Technician.
The position implies a regime of permanent availability and exemption from working hours, with the gross monthly base remuneration set at 65.45% of the standard value for 1st-degree senior management positions, plus a 20% supplement.
