Resolution no. 225/2026 formalizes the renewal of the lease agreement between the Health Service of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, EPERAM and the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Funchal.
The contract, regarding the property located in Sítio da Vila, Porto Moniz, where the local Health Center operates, has been renewed for a period of one year, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The fixed monthly rent is €1,853.65, totaling €22,243.80 annually, an amount exempt from VAT.
The Regional Government has authorized the distribution of budgetary charges for the acquisition of volume expanders for SESARAM, in a four-year contract.
