Appointments for Economy and Fisheries Management Positions

The Regional Government has formalized new appointments for intermediate management positions, aiming to ensure the normal operation of regional services:

• Regional Authority for Economic Activities (ARAE): Pedro Miguel Alves Delgado has been appointed as Director of Inspection and Inspection Support Services, on a three-year commission basis, in accordance with Order no. 184/2026.
• Regional Directorate of Fisheries: Nereida Concepción Manica Neves has been designated, on an interim basis, as Head of the Planning and Financial Management Division, effective from April 20, 2026, in accordance with Order no. 185/2026.

These appointments aim to ensure continuity and effectiveness in the management of these entities' competencies, particularly in the oversight of economic activities and the financial and budgetary management of the fishing sector.
