Through Dispatch no. 186/2026, the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, accepted the resignation request of Dr. Carlos Alberto de Andrade de França from the intermediate management position of 2nd degree as Head of the Financial Flows Department of the Financial Flows and Control Unit, at the Institute for Regional Development, IP-RAM.
The termination of the service commission, based on personal reasons, takes effect from May 1, 2026. The official will return to his original legal-functional status, maintaining the rights inherent to his condition as a Public Administration employee.
